- I am a wife, mother, and a runner. God has blessed me with a wonderful husband and two precious children whom I adore. I'm currently training for a marathon in January (my first!), so I am definitely treading on new territory, but loving every minute of it. I am truly blessed!

Pearls of Wisdom from the mouth of Ashlyn
- "I don't want worms in my cocoa!", what Ashlyn said after I told her I'd make her some 'warm' cocoa.
- "I can't be quiet. I'm too loud."
- "I like talking, I don't like to close my mouth."
- After being told that she couldn't have a cookie until they were done 'baking' in the oven, "I don't want a 'bacon' cookie, I want one with chocolate chips."

In the words of the proverbial old wise tale--"Stop it or your face will freeze like that!" Or maybe they only said that with crossing eyes.
Anyway..those cuties are still cuties whatever faces they are making! :)
